Fewer Pix receipts checked, fewer roll calls typed up, fewer messages answered one by one. The front office goes back to the students.
Simulation by our team: a 12-person independent school with 24 classes, 10 workshops a month and a supply shop. Estimated time.
On Sympla, a R$ 100 ticket with the fee absorbed leaves R$ 90 for the school.
One workflow per row, with the hours it gives back each month. The label shows what is still on the way.
A freed hour is capacity: another class, another workshop, growth without hiring. In the register, the gain comes from what you stop paying: the ticketing platform fee, with sign-ups on the school's own page, and the systems CERNE replaces.
Ticketing fees avoided: R$ 542 to R$ 2,169 a month, if a quarter to all workshop and course sign-ups move to the school's page (next phase), with about 2.5% processing. Systems replaced: R$ 526 a month in every scenario (ERP with POS and invoicing, CRM and WhatsApp, list price).
Each square is 10 hours of the school's month. CERNE steps into 46% of them: it automates, eliminates, standardizes or supports with AI. Teaching, setting up rooms and cleaning the studio stay with the team.
We mapped 34 processes and 172 tasks of a reference school, with the time and frequency of each. Every task got a verdict (eliminate, standardize, automate, support with AI or keep human) and the CERNE module responsible for it.
